WORK WITH DR. SIENA

SPACE to Grow

SPACE to Grow is a structured group coaching program — not therapy — designed to help parents of neurodivergent teens and young adults approach the future more calmly, make intentional plans, and support meaningful steps toward greater capability and independence.

I directly coach this group. The next cohort begins in September 2026.

GET TRAINED IN SPACE TO GROW

For Clinicians

SPACE to Grow offers advanced training for clinicians, educators, and coaches who have completed the official 2-day SPACE training with Dr. Eli Lebowitz.

This clinician training focuses on an independent SPACE-informed approach for supporting autistic and neurodivergent teens, young adults, and their parents. It integrates core SPACE principles with neurodiversity-affirming practices, with particular attention to anxiety, avoidance, accommodations, burnout, capacity, autonomy, and family dynamics.
